10 WAYS TO HACK WINDOWS PASSWORDS

It doesn’t matter whether you are a geek, tech worker or just an average user,
forgetting passwords is quite common especially with the internet having a lot of accounts like facebook, emails and other sites which require you to remember your password per account you open.
Unless
you use one password for all your accounts, I believe every one has forgotten a password at least once before.
Well, whatever reason you may want to reset/hack a windows computer password. I won’t be responsible for your actions if you use this information against other Computer users. methods

Here are the top 10 ways to hack windows passwords:

1. Use a password reset disk to recover your Windows password
Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8 has an option for creating a password reset disk for your computer; this enables you to reset your password any time with no hassle. However with this option, you have to create the reset disk before you lose your password. To use this method, Just go into your control panel > User accounts, chose an account and click on Create password Reset disk. If you don’t have any kind of disk like a flash disk, then this option is not for you.
  2. Use the In-Built administrator account in XP
By default, the Administrator account is automatically enabled in XP. Though you most likely never configured a password for it, If you still remember the password you configured for the administrator during installation, you can easily get access to the computer again and be able to create new user accounts again, To use this method, Just restart your computer and pressing F8 when your computer starts “Safe mode might take a little longer time than the usual Start Normally) then you will be able to log on with the Administrator Privileges.

  3. Enable the built-in administrator account in Windows 7, 8 and Vista
This method is the best if there is no administrator privileged user. All you need is a Windows setup DVD for Vista or 7or windows 8. With this DVD you can boot up Windows in Recovery Environment (RE) and edit the Registry to enable the inbuilt administrator account offline. You will then be able to log into the Administrator account without being prompted for a password.
  4. Restore Windows 7 to an earlier time.
This method works best if you set a new password recently and can still remember the password you used before or if you dint have a password set at all before, then you can restore Windows to a point in time before you set the new password. Restore will make sure that you don’t lose personal data though programs that have been installed after the corresponding restore point will have to be installed again.
  5. Use of the Sticky Keys trick to reset passwords
This option to reset windows password is reliable, easy to carry out, and doesn’t require any third-party software. All you have to do is boot up from a Windows vista,7 or 8 setup DVD then launch the Windows Recovery Environment (RE), then replace the sethc.exe file with cmd.exe(Make “CMD” “sethc”). This method works for all windows versions though you have to use a Vista, windows 7 or 8 setup DVD. After replacing the files sethc with cmd. U can the press the shift button 6 times where you are on the windows welcome screen. This should bring up command prompt instead of sticky keys. You can then use the “net user” commands to reset any passwords. This method can also be used to create a back door in Windows. ( For more to hack passwords using Command prompt, Please wait till i post it. "Remind me if i dont" )
 6. Use the free Kon-Boot tool to bypass passwords
This is one of the most famous tool at resetting passwords, However, I don’t really recommend it’s use for I have received feedback that is tool at times crashed windows especially windows 7 after its use. I am talking about this tool because it has quite a good advantage with” being very quick”. All you need is to start your computer with it in the CD/DVD ROM and the tool will do the rest for you. It will give you access to the machine without a password.(This tool doesn’t change the SAM database so if you reboot again without Kon-Boot you may need the old password.
 7. Use the free Trinity Rescue Kit (TRK) to recover the admin password
A tool I would really recommend is The Free Trinity Rescue Kit (TRK) is a great troubleshooting solution that you can download free from the internet. The tool allows you to reset the password of XP, Vista, and Windows 7. The down side of this method is that you have to create a reset bootable CD/DVD but once the CD is ready, changing passwords is easy and quick. Please note that third party tools come with no warranty but I have used this tool for more than once and no complications have risen. To rest a password, you have to enter the command winpass -u “put user_name here” and then follow the instructions that follow. If you are using this tool, I have realized that changing the password doesn’t always work, so go ahead and set an empty password.
 8. Use Microsoft Diagnostics and Recovery Tool set
It is a toolset from Microsoft allowing you to repair a Windows installation. However, this tool is only available for Microsoft volume customers, TechNet Plus subscribers, and MSDN subscribers and if you are not any of these, this option is not for you.
 9. Get a commercial password reset tool
There is currently a whole bunch of commercial tools available on the internet which allows you to reset administrator passwords. Even though they technically do the same as the free tools, most commercial tools may be easier to use and may also come with better instructions and features than the free tools. Please note that before you spend money, I recommend you try using the above options I talked about because the truth is, it’s not fair to pay for a hacking tool. And if you are a good hacker, it makes you less of a hacker to a tech worker
 10. Reinstall Windows (Last Resolution)
I know this may sound “out of topic”, because we may not be changing passwords but making a clean windows installation. But, think about it. This may actually be the best method for your computer especially if you are not losing any information on the previous Installation. I am mentioning this because I consider it the last option. This allows you to boot up the original Windows installation. With this method, you are sure all your SAM files are not tampered with.
After all this, I really think it would be better to sit down and Try to remember your password. In my experience, users usually remember there passwords immediately after they make a clean installation of new Windows.
